μTAS 20048th International Conference on Miniaturized Systems for Chemistry and Life Sciences
Favorite memory: The mind-blowing show that Stefan and Kim gave during the conference dinner. So good that they apparently qualified for entertainment at μTAS 2010 and 2013. Jörg celebrated a round birthday on the first day and many μTAS friends had joined and partied late into the night.
Most challenging aspect: The endless editing of the proceedings volume before submission to RSC. There were some nervous moments when the electronic abstract submission was launched; it was a new software platform never tested for such a big conference before. Would the server manage the last minute submission avalanche characteristic of the μTAS community? It did!
